History of the Bay Club

Welcome to the Bay Club.  This gated luxurious residential community opened in 1981 to great fanfare and has quickly established itself as one of the most prestigious addresses in New York City.  

The Bay Club consists of two high rise luxury towers with studio, one, two and three bedroom condominium apartments.  All condos sold at a brisk pace and some are now on the market as sales or rentals by their respective owners and offered by Agranoff Real Estate.

The jewel of the Bay Club is the swim and fitness center (available on a membership basis).  Connected to both towers this elaborate club consists of three levels of facilities containing more than 25,000 square feet dedicated to the carefree enjoyment of life.  The highlights of "The Club", as it is known to the residents, are the enclosed year round swimming pool, state of the art exercise room, tennis, basketball and racquetball courts.  After the workout,  relax in the steam rooms, saunas and whirlpool.  In addition there are billiard, card and party rooms.  A library, children's playroom and large screened theatre are other amenities that contribute to an incredible facility.  Events,  including exercise classes, parties and Sunday brunches to name a few, round out "The Club" experience.

Located on the arcade level are three stores that contribute to the wonderful lifestyle of the Bay Club.  A beauty parlor, convenience store and valet add to the "hotel like" feeling of living at the Bay Club.  The arcade level is reached by the elevators in both towers.
